Prescription Treatments

Every treatment we offer, in plain terms

This is our full catalog of prescription therapies — what each one is, what it may be prescribed for, and where the evidence stands. Every therapy on this page requires an evaluation by a licensed provider, and nothing here is sold without a prescription. If a treatment isn’t clinically appropriate for you, we won’t prescribe it.

Weight Management

Weight is medical, personal, and rarely simple. When clinically appropriate, your provider may prescribe from the therapies below — starting at conservative doses and adjusting based on your response, always alongside nutrition and activity.

Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1)

A GLP-1 medication that can help regulate appetite and how full you feel. It is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, and your provider titrates the dose over time as part of a plan built around nutrition and activity.

Compounded Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP)

A dual-pathway option your provider may consider based on your health history and how you respond to treatment. Like everything on this page, it is prescription-only and never guaranteed.

Lipotropic MIC-B12 Injections

A vitamin and amino-acid injection some providers use to support metabolic health as part of a broader weight plan. This is supportive care, not a weight-loss drug, and we treat it that way.

Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

A low-dose form of an established medication, sometimes prescribed off-label for appetite and craving support. The evidence is still developing, and we’ll tell you where it stands.

Recovery & Performance

Support for how you train and how you recover — never a shortcut. MedPAC Rx does not prescribe for athletic performance enhancement, bodybuilding, or cosmetic purposes; therapies are prescribed only when a licensed provider identifies a clinically appropriate need. Some therapies are prohibited in tested sport — tell your provider if you compete.

Sermorelin

A peptide that signals your body’s own growth-hormone production, which declines with age. When clinically appropriate, it may be prescribed to support recovery and sleep quality — never for athletic enhancement.

Injectable GAC (Glutamine / Arginine / L-Carnitine)

An injectable amino-acid blend used to support recovery between training sessions. Whether it fits your health picture and training load is your provider’s call.

Glutathione Injections

The body’s primary antioxidant, given by injection to support recovery from oxidative stress. The evidence is mixed, and we’ll say so — if your provider prescribes it, it’s because they see a clinical reason to.

Longevity & Wellness

Aging well is mostly the unglamorous stuff: sleep, strength, metabolic health, consistency. When clinically appropriate, these therapies may play a supporting role — with honest talk about what the research does and doesn’t show.

NAD+ Injections

A coenzyme central to cellular energy metabolism; levels decline with age. Injectable NAD+ is prescribed by some providers for wellness support — the research is promising but early, and your provider will say so.

Oral NAD+

The same goal in a lower-commitment form, for patients who would rather not inject. An option only if your provider finds it appropriate for you.

Glutathione

Also listed under Recovery & Performance, where the full description lives. Whether it belongs in a wellness plan depends on your health picture — ask your provider.

Energy & Vitality

Fatigue has many causes, so your provider starts with your whole health picture. If they suspect something that needs a workup we don’t offer, we’ll tell you and point you to the right care — nothing below is prescribed without that review.

Methylcobalamin B12 Injections

For patients whose history or labs support it, B12 injection therapy is simple, inexpensive, and well understood. Your provider will tell you honestly whether you’re likely to benefit.

Injectable B-Complex

A broader vitamin injection your provider may recommend for general support, when your health picture calls for it.

NAD+

Covered in full under Longevity & Wellness. Some providers consider it for energy support when clinically appropriate.

Sermorelin

Described under Recovery & Performance. Because sleep and recovery shape energy, your provider may consider it here too — if prescribed.

How treatment pricing works

Every therapy has a published monthly starting price, and your exact quote depends on the therapy, the dose your provider prescribes, and the pharmacy that prepares it. Care begins with an initial evaluation — $99, credited to your first month if therapy is prescribed and you proceed — and you are never charged for medication until you approve your exact written quote. See the pricing page for the full table.

An honest note about peptide therapy

Here is the straight talk. Peptide therapies at MedPAC Rx are compounded medications, prepared for an individual patient by a state-licensed US compounding pharmacy under a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. The research behind peptides also varies: some are well studied, others have promising but limited evidence. We will always tell you which is which.

That is why every program starts with a licensed provider, not a shopping cart. Our providers prescribe only what they believe is clinically appropriate for you, and sometimes the right answer is no. Completing a consultation never guarantees a prescription, individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. If you have questions, ask. Plain answers are how we would treat a neighbor, because around here, you are one.

Find out what is right for you

Start with a short online intake. A licensed medical provider, practicing in accordance with Nevada licensing and supervision requirements as required by Nevada law, reviews your health history, meets with you over telehealth, and recommends a path forward — whether or not that includes a prescription. Care is available to adults 18 and older in Nevada, where our providers are licensed. Parkway Athletic Club members receive a reduced evaluation fee and preferred pricing on therapy, if prescribed.
