The Process

How care works at MedPAC Rx

No gimmicks and no shortcuts. Every patient starts with a health intake, meets a licensed provider, and gets a treatment decision based on their actual health picture, not a sales quota. Here is the full process, start to finish.

Five steps from intake to ongoing care

1

Complete your online health intake

Start with a secure online questionnaire covering your health history, current medications, and goals. It is thorough because it needs to be. Your answers give your provider the full picture before you ever talk. Intake is open to adults 18 and older in Nevada.

2

A licensed provider reviews your health picture

A licensed medical provider, not a computer program, reviews your intake. If your history calls for it, your provider may ask for recent lab work to fill in the picture. Nothing moves forward until a clinician is confident they understand your health.

3

Meet your provider in a telehealth consult

Next comes a one-on-one telehealth visit from wherever you’re comfortable. Your provider walks through your history, answers your questions, and talks honestly about whether peptide therapy makes sense for you. This is a real medical appointment, and it works both ways: ask us anything.

4

If prescribed, your medication ships to your door

If your provider determines treatment is clinically appropriate, they send your prescription to a licensed US compounding pharmacy, which prepares your medication and ships it directly to you. If therapy isn’t the right fit, your provider will tell you that instead. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy pursuant to a prescription; they are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.

5

Ongoing monitoring, check-ins, and adjustments

Your first shipment is the start of care, not the end of it. Your provider checks in on a regular schedule to track how you’re responding, watch for side effects, and adjust your dose when needed. Questions between visits? Message your care team.

What to expect

We would rather set honest expectations now than surprise you later. Here is the plain version.

An honest timeline

Provider review and consult scheduling take days, not minutes. If labs are needed, plan on a little longer. We move as fast as good medicine allows, and we keep you posted at every stage.

No guaranteed prescriptions

Completing an intake or a consult does not mean you will receive medication. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Your provider prescribes only when treatment is clinically appropriate for you, and that judgment is theirs alone.

Real support, real people

You can reach your care team at any point, from your first intake question to your latest check-in. You are never left guessing about what comes next.

Straight talk on availability

MedPAC Rx currently serves adults 18 and older in Nevada, where our providers are licensed, with more states planned. Parkway Athletic Club members receive preferred pricing on treatment, if prescribed.

How we keep it safe

Every treatment decision at MedPAC Rx is made by a licensed medical provider practicing in accordance with Nevada licensing and supervision requirements. Your medication comes only from licensed US compounding pharmacies, and only after a provider has reviewed your history and met with you. No algorithm prescribes here, and nothing ships without a clinician’s sign-off.

Sometimes the right medical answer is no, and we are comfortable saying it. If your provider finds that peptide therapy isn’t appropriate for you, we won’t prescribe it, and we will explain the reasoning. For patients in treatment, monitoring continues as long as care does: scheduled check-ins track your response, watch for side effects, and give your provider what they need to adjust your dose, pause, or stop treatment if that is the safer call.

A clinician makes every call

Prescribing decisions belong to your licensed provider, never to a marketing plan or a script.

No is always on the table

If treatment isn’t clinically appropriate, we decline and tell you why. Your health comes before our bottom line.

Monitoring that doesn’t quit

Regular check-ins continue throughout treatment so your provider can watch for side effects and adjust your dose when needed.

See if peptide therapy is a fit

Start with the online health intake and a licensed provider takes it from there. There is no obligation, and a prescription is never guaranteed. What you will get is an honest clinical answer from a team that treats you like a neighbor, because you are one.
