Terms of Service
Welcome to MedPAC Rx. These Terms of Service govern your use of medpacrx.com and the services offered through it. MedPAC Rx is a telehealth service that connects patients with licensed medical providers for evaluation and, when clinically appropriate, treatment with prescription peptide therapy filled by a licensed US compounding pharmacy. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Content on this website is educational and is not medical advice. A provider-patient relationship is formed only when a licensed MedPAC Rx provider completes a medical evaluation with you. Our providers exercise independent clinical judgment in every case. Submitting an intake, booking a consultation, or paying a fee does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed.
To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, be located in Nevada or another state where our providers are licensed at the time of your consultation, and provide accurate, complete, and current health information. Withholding or misstating health information can put your safety at risk and is grounds for ending care.
Fees are shown before you are charged. Consultation fees cover your provider’s evaluation and are earned once that review begins, whether or not a prescription results. If you are enrolled in a recurring plan, you may cancel future billing cycles at any time through your account or by contacting us. Because prescription medications cannot be restocked or resold once dispensed, shipped medication is not returnable.
Individual results vary. MedPAC Rx makes no guarantee of any particular health outcome, and nothing on this site or in your care plan should be read as a promise of specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedPAC Rx and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing alters your provider’s professional obligations to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Note to site owner: these Terms of Service are a starter template. Have them reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before publishing, including the payment, cancellation, dispute resolution, and liability provisions.
