Start Your Intake
Getting started takes a few minutes online, on your own time. A licensed medical provider reviews your answers and meets with you by telehealth to talk through your health and your goals; our providers practice in accordance with Nevada licensing and supervision requirements. If your provider determines a prescription is clinically appropriate, it is filled by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy and shipped to your door.
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy pursuant to a prescription; they are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.

Begin Care at Home
If your provider prescribes treatment, your medication ships from a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy, and your provider checks in as your care continues.
Before You Begin
A few things to know up front. Every treatment decision is made by a licensed provider based on your health and history. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription, and your provider may determine that treatment is not appropriate for you.
- Adults 18 and Older — MedPAC Rx provides care for adults age 18 and up.
- Nevada Residents — You must be located in Nevada at the time of your visit; our services are available only in states where our providers are licensed. We plan to add more states over time.
- Not for Emergencies — MedPAC Rx does not provide emergency or urgent care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
