One initial telehealth evaluation
Every patient starts with a $99 evaluation: a licensed medical provider reviews your intake and meets with you by telehealth. You’re paying for the medical evaluation itself, so the fee is owed whether or not a prescription results — that’s how we keep the clinical decision separate from the sale. If therapy is prescribed and you proceed, the $99 is credited to your first month.

Therapy priced per treatment, quoted before you commit
Each therapy has its own published monthly price, all-in: medication if prescribed, supplies, shipping, provider check-ins, dose adjustments, and care-team messaging. “Starting at” prices are published below because your final price depends on the dose your provider determines. You are never charged for medication before two things happen: your provider decides treatment is clinically appropriate, and you approve your exact written quote. No pre-authorization, no surprise renewal, no charge for a “no.”

Ongoing care included with active treatment
While you’re on a prescribed therapy, monitoring is part of the price, not an add-on. Scheduled provider check-ins, dose adjustments, and messaging with your care team are all included. Everything is month to month, and you can cancel anytime up to 7 days before your next refill. If your provider requires labs, they are billed at pass-through cost — and recent results from your own doctor are accepted free.

Initial Evaluation

One time. Covers your full intake review and a telehealth consult with a licensed medical provider, who decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you. The fee is earned for the evaluation itself, whether or not a prescription results — and it’s credited to your first month if you’re prescribed therapy and choose to proceed.
Monthly Therapy
Quoted first
Each therapy has one all-in monthly rate — medication if prescribed, supplies, shipping, provider check-ins, and dose adjustments. Your exact rate is quoted after your evaluation, before you commit to anything.
The PAC member perk
Parkway Athletic Club members get 10% off MedPAC Rx therapy pricing, verified at intake or at the Parkway front desk. Membership is never required to become a patient, and pricing never affects whether your provider prescribes.
The fine print
A few things worth knowing before you start. The $99 evaluation fee covers your provider’s medical review and consult, and it is earned once that review begins, whether or not a prescription results. Therapy pricing is per treatment and varies with the dose your provider determines; you’ll always see your exact written quote and approve it before you’re charged. Prescription therapies require an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider, who determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate; a consultation never guarantees a prescription. If therapy isn’t right for you, we’ll say so.
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by a state-licensed US compounding pharmacy pursuant to a prescription; they are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Care at MedPAC Rx is provided by licensed medical providers practicing in accordance with Nevada licensing and supervision requirements; services are available only in states where our providers are licensed. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Treatment is month to month, and you can cancel anytime up to 7 days before your next refill. MedPAC Rx is not insurance and does not bill insurance, though HSA and FSA funds may apply. Check with your plan administrator to confirm.
