Our Providers

Real clinicians. Real accountability.

Care at MedPAC Rx is led by licensed medical providers who review your health history, meet with you over secure video, and make every treatment decision personally. There is no anonymous review queue and no rubber stamp. Your provider knows your chart, knows your name, and answers for your care.

Who treats you at MedPAC Rx

Care at MedPAC Rx is delivered by licensed medical providers — physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians — each licensed by the State of Nevada, with graduate-level medical training and the authority to examine patients, order and interpret labs, and prescribe medication. Telehealth does not lower the bar. The same clinical judgment you would expect across the desk applies across the screen.

Nevada holds that authority to a clear standard. Every MedPAC Rx provider practices in accordance with Nevada’s licensing and supervision requirements, including written physician supervision or collaboration agreements where state law requires them. That structure is the point. At some telehealth companies, it is hard to learn who signed off on your care. Here, a named, state-licensed clinician owns your care — and their credentials are on their profile for you to read.

What your provider actually does

Reviews your intake

Your provider reads your full health history, current medications, and goals before anything else happens. If something needs clarifying, they ask.

Orders labs when needed

When your history calls for it, your provider orders bloodwork first, so decisions rest on data instead of guesswork.

Meets with you by telehealth

You and your provider talk over secure video. It is a real medical visit: questions, honest answers, and clear next steps.

Makes the prescribing decision

If treatment is clinically appropriate, your provider writes the prescription, and a state-licensed US compounding pharmacy prepares it for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. If treatment is not appropriate, your provider will tell you straight. A consultation never guarantees a prescription.

Monitors and adjusts

If you are prescribed treatment, care continues after your first shipment. Your provider checks in, tracks how you are responding, and adjusts your dosing when your progress calls for it. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.

The standards we hold

Telehealth only works if you can trust what happens behind the screen. These commitments are not negotiable.

Licensure, verified

Every provider’s Nevada license and credentials are verified before they see a single patient, and re-verified to stay current.

Evidence-informed protocols

Our treatment protocols are grounded in published clinical research and maintained under physician supervision. Where the evidence for a therapy is limited or still developing, we tell you so plainly.

Honest gatekeeping

If peptide therapy is not appropriate for you, our providers decline to prescribe and explain why. We would rather lose a sale than compromise your care.

Coordination with your PCP

Ask, and we will share your treatment summary with your primary care provider so your whole care team stays on the same page.
